Please note: customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
1. Returns and Exchanges Period:
- We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date of purchase or delivery and returns are shipped back within 14 days of return confirmation.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and labels attached.
2. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items:
- Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following:
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered by the customer.
- Clearance or final sale items.
